Camden Market is celebrating the arrival of brighter days with a whole array of flower-powered installations and activities over the coming weeks.

These include a stunning floral meadow and Camden-inspired hanging gardens, taking over the arches and public squares of Hawley Wharf over two weekends: 22-23 & 29-30 April.

You’ll find fresh and dried flower sellers lining the canal-side quay, while narrowboat cruises set off up the Regent’s Canal hosted by Half Hitch Gin, who have a distillery based in the heart of Camden Market.

Meanwhile, newly-opened waterfront taproom 3 Locks Brewery will be hosting a Frühlingsfest (the springtime equivalent of the bigger autumnal Oktoberfest)  complete with a roaming brass band. And for little ones, there’s face painting, a merry-go-round and more to make sure they’re fully entertained all day.

It promises to be a unique draw, especially for locals looking to explore more of Camden Market Hawley Wharf, celebrating the arrival of spring beside (or floating along) Camden’s famous waterways.
