AWARDS: Week 4, Saviour of Culture

During lockdown, they moved their entire education programme online, and have maintained a vital social lifeline to for locals, and dancers all around the world.

READ: In celebration of Queen's Crescent housing
Camden's imposing 1970s estates have always provoked mixed emotions. Some people lament the loss of the original terraced properties that would no doubt be worth over £1m a pop today had they remained, while others adore the bold vision and successful utility of blocks like Weedington (pictured) in NW5. With another wave of development threatening some of the 70s structures, however you feel about them, it's nice to read an enthusiastic love letter to the architecture, like this one.
